RAGNAR'S STORY
Ragnar was a 5 month old, husky mix who presented to Dr. Parkins after vomiting for five days. He was then diagnosed with parvo.
Unfortunately, his family was unable to afford his care (and even the initial vaccine that would have prevented him from getting sick in the first place).
Ragnar's family made the tough choice to relinquish him to Dr. Parkins, but even with the care of a specialized hospital, he was too sick to save and was put to sleep.
Ragnar's case is one of many that veterinarian's face everyday.
